Why are some 5G towers camouflaged?
They are not, afaik. It's not uncommon for large phone masts to be disguised as trees etc for aesthetic reasons, but these are probably not 5G masts, or at least any 5G antennas mounted on such masts in the future will be at least obvious, as any kind of camouflage would degrade them efficiency, need to use more of them.
Paranoia over 5G has led some not-so-smart people, who have been deluded by this "5G is dangerous" nonsense, to actually notice the masts of the camouflage and conclude that the camouflage is due to the supposedly nefarious nature of 5G , a proposed service that will not be installed at the time.
